1. Determination of foaming point: the determination of foaming point pressure can reflect the pore size, which is closely related to the quality of filtered liquid medicine and an important means to ensure the quality. Before use, it should be soaked in water for injection at about 70 ℃ for 1H. After pouring out the water, soak it with warm water for injection overnight for standby. Take it out temporarily, wash it with water for injection, and then put it into the filter for use and installation. Prevent skew and leakage during installation.
2. In order to protect and prolong the service life, filter paper or silk cloth of the same size can be used (the silk cloth should be boiled with sodium sulfonate solution with mass concentration of 20g · L-1 for about 30min, and then cleaned with water for injection) on the filter membrane to prevent the rupture of the filter membrane.
3. The pore diameter of ultrafiltration membrane is cone-shaped, and the smooth side has a small pore diameter as the front; The aperture on the rough side is larger than that on the reverse side. During installation, the front side (smooth surface) should be upward and the reverse side (dark surface) should be downward, otherwise the aperture is easy to be blocked by impurities and affect the filtration rate. When the temperature is low, the treated filter membrane should be soaked in the injection water with the same temperature as the liquid medicine for 5 ~ 10min, which can avoid the rupture caused by the reduction of tensile strength due to the temperature difference.
4. Fix a No. 16 infusion needle on the leather pipe head of the exhaust pipe of the filter frame and control it with a water stop clamp to avoid the rupture caused by excessive exhaust pressure and speed.
5. Do not sterilize the filter frame together with the filter membrane, otherwise it will be brittle and wrinkled due to thermal expansion and cold contraction.
6. After use, put it in water for injection to prevent drying, but don't soak it for too long. It can't be used for those that have lost water and dried.
